Zusammenfassung

Healy World GmbH is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Intern in Berlin to join the international Operations team. You will gain practical experience in global sourcing, supplier management, and product development, collaborating with Product Management, Operations and Manufacturing.

Mandarin Chinese is essential for this role. We offer six-month internships with potential for continuation, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic, international workplace.

As a Procurement & Supply Chain Intern, you'll become part of our international Operations team and gain practical experience in global sourcing, supplier management, and product development. You'll work closely with colleagues from Product Management, Operations, and Manufacturing while support exciting international projects with suppliers, particularly in China and the APAC region. Because of this close collaboration, native-level Mandarin Chinese is essential for this role.

YOUR MISSION

• Support our Procurement & Supply Chain team in day-to-day business and exciting international projects.
• Research and identify new suppliers, especially in China and the APAC region.
• Compare suppliers, products, prices, and quotations.
• Support communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and further develop our international supplier database.
• Assist in sourcing packaging, components, and manufacturing partners for new products.
• Support logistics activities between China and Germany.
• Prepare supplier meetings, presentations, and documentation.
• Track procurement activities and support project timelines.
• Contribute ideas to improve procurement and supply chain processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You are looking for a mandatory or voluntary internship with a minimum duration of six months.
• Native-level Mandarin Chinese is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will work closely with our suppliers and manufacturing partners in China.
• You have a genuine interest in Chinese language, culture, and business practices and enjoy collaborating in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus, but not required.
• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about international procurement, supply chain management, and product development.
• You enjoy working in a structured way, communicating with different stakeholders, and taking on responsibility.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
