Daimler Truck Financial Services GmbH is seeking a proactive student in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields for an HR internship. You will support workshops, create communications, and contribute to international HR projects while gaining hands-on experience in people development and corporate culture.

Fluent English and German, strong MS-Office skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential as you work in a dynamic, cross-location team within the Daimler Truck network.

Qualificações

• Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication or a comparable field.
• Excellent communication skills and language proficiency in English and German.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, training sessions and events.
• Create presentations, communication materials and management updates.
• Support international HR and organizational development projects.
• Take ownership of individual work packages and initiatives.
• Support development programs and learning initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture projects.
• Assist follow-up of the annual employee survey, coordinating analyses and actions.
• Assist in planning and execution of HR communications and campaigns.
