Qualifications

• Studium in BWL, Personalwesen, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Kommunikation oder vergleichbares.
• Starkes Interesse an People Development und Unternehmenskultur.
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
• Teamfähigkeit und analytisches Denkvermögen.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei Workshops, Schulungen und Events.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Kommunikationsmaterialien und Management-Updates.
• Unterstützung internationaler HR- und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekte.
• Eigenständige Übernahme von Arbeitspaketen.
• Unterstützung von Entwicklungsprogrammen und Lerninitiativen.
• Beitrag zu Mitarbeiterbindung und Kulturprojekten.
• Unterstützung beim Follow-up des jährlichen Mitarbeiterbefragungsprozesses.
• Unterstützung bei HR-Kommunikationsinitiativen.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, training sessions and events
• Create presentations, communication materials and management updates
• Support international HR and organizational development projects
• Take ownership of individual work packages and initiatives
• Support development programs and learning initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture projects
• Support the follow-up process of the annual employee survey, including analysis coordination, action planning and communication activities
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR communication initiatives and campaigns

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication or a comparable field
• Strong interest in People Development and Corporate Culture
• Experiences with MS-Office
• Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
