Job summary

Audi Business Innovation GmbH, based in Munich, invites applications for a full-time six-month internship starting June 2026. You will support People & Culture with interview coordination, applicant selection, job postings, and onboarding activities, gaining exposure to new work models inside a modern corporate environment.

Ideal candidates are studying HR-related fields, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive, communicative mindset.

Qualifications

• Studying in business administration, psychology or sociology with HR/work organisation focus and good grades.
• Responsible and independent working style with organizational skills.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Initiative, hands-on mentality and team orientation.
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with applicants and coordinate interviews.
• Support in selecting applicants.
• Create and maintain internship advertisements in job exchanges.
• Assist in day‑to‑day operations (certificates, contracts, etc).
• Independently take on sub-projects in People & Culture.
• Organize onboarding activities and events.
• Learn about new work and hybrid working models.
• Research various People & Culture topics.

The internship position is to be filled full-time from June2026 forsix months.

Your mission

• Taking responsibility for communicating with applicants and coordinating interviews
• Support in the selection of applicants
• Creation of job advertisements and maintenance of internship advertisements in job exchanges
• Support in day-to-day operations e.g. certificate preparation, contract adjustments, etc.
• Independently taking on sub-projects in the area of People & Culture
• Organization of various activities as port of the onboarding programme
• Insights in the topics new work and hybrid working models
• Research on various People & Culture topics

What you need to succeed

• Studies in business administration, psychology or sociology or similar courses of study with a focus on human resources and/or work organization with good academic results
• Responsible and independent way of working as well as organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Initiative, hands-on mentality and team orientation
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills round off your profile

Nice to have

• Initial experience in a corporate environment is desireableInitial experience in recruitment, personnel administration or similar personnel-related topics
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Driving license class B
