Werder Bremen invites a mandatory internship (m/f/d) starting January 18, 2027 with a focus on women’s football. The internship offers experience in sponsorship, hospitality, and internationalization at a Bundesliga club.

You’ll join as a full team member from day one and contribute to sponsor projects, match day prep, and partner management, while supporting PR events and sales administration.

Qualifikationen

• Completed basic studies or at least 2 years in business administration, sports management or economics.
• Fluent German, good English, additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer and service orientation and professional appearance.
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant work style.
• Interest in sports and enthusiasm for football.

• Organize and implement sponsorship projects.
• Assist with match day preparation and execution.

For ourClub-to-Partnerdepartment , we are seekinga mandatory intern (m/f/d) startingJanuary 18, 2027 , with afocus on women’s football. The internship offers the opportunity to gain extensive experience in sponsorship, hospitality, and internationalization, as well as a diverse insight into the operations of a Bundesliga football club. The internship lastsat least six months.

From the very beginning, you’ll be given challenging tasks, act as a fully-fledged team member, and contribute your own ideas. Put your theoretical knowledge into practice with us.
