Bayer 04 Leverkusen Fußball GmbH is seeking a Head of Scouting & Recruitment Women (m/f/d) to lead the scouting and transfer strategy for the women’s team, identify and evaluate female talents, and manage the national and international scouting network.

You will create player shortlists aligned with sporting squad needs and support recruitment through to commitment, collaborating with sports management and coaching.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of football and experience in professional scouting, with a focus on women’s football.
• Excellent knowledge and network in national and international transfer and talent markets.
• Expertise in talent assessment, player profiling and potential evaluation.
• Experience using data and video analysis in scouting.

Head of Scouting & Recruitment Women (m/f/d)

• Development and implementation of the scouting and transfer strategy
• Identification, observation and evaluation of female players and talents
• Management and control of the national and international scouting network
• Creation and prioritization of player shortlists for the sporting squad requirements
• Support throughout the recruitment and transfer process up to the point of commitment.
• Close collaboration with the sports management, coaching team and youth development department

• Strong understanding of football and experience in professional scouting with a special focus on professional women’s football.
• Excellent knowledge and network in the field of national and international transfer and talent markets
• Security in talent assessment, player profiling and potential evaluation
• Expertise in the use of data analysis, video analysis and modern scouting tools
• Leadership experience and the ability to develop a scouting team in a goal-oriented manner
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Negotiation skills and a professional demeanor towards external market players
• Reliability, discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Strong identification with Bayer 04, the Werkself DNA and the further development of women’s football
