VfL Wolfsburg sucht ein engagiertes Praktikum im Bereich Team-Management und Organisation rund um Heimspieltage. Sie unterstützen das Management, planen Reisen und tragen zur reibungslosen Organisation der Spieltage bei.

Sie studieren Sportmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft, verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse und einen Führerschein Klasse B. Die Position bietet spannende Einblicke in den Alltag eines Bundesliga-Clubs.

Qualifikationen

• Sie studieren Sportmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbares Fach.
• Durch Ihr Studium haben Sie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
• Unsere Frauenmannschaft ist international – daher gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sie interessieren sich stark für nationalen Frauenfußball.
• Für Termine benötigen Sie einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Team-Managements durch eigenständiges Besuchen von Terminen und Übernehmen von Aufgaben im Travel-Management.
• Mitwirkung bei der Organisation der Heimspieltage im Google Pixel Women’s Bundesliga, Champions League und DFB-Pokal, inklusive Akkreditierungen.
• Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Reinigung des Stadions für Heimspiele.
• Betreuung des Balljungen/der Balljungen sowie unserer Maskottchenkinder an Heimspieltagen.
• Übernahme verschiedener administrativer Aufgaben.

Job Description

The dedicated team behind our successful female footballers takes care of all aspects that enrich the players’ environment: be it in the exciting Google Pixel Women’s Bundesliga, the prestigious DFB Cup, or the high-caliber UEFA Women’s Champions League. The women’s football team is based at Elsterweg. Since 2015, the AOK Stadium in Allerpark has been the place where the VfL women consistently demonstrate their passion and skill.

Your playing position

• You will support our team management by independently attending appointments and also taking on tasks in travel management.


• You are involved in organizing the home match days of the Google Pixel Women’s Bundesliga, Champions League and the DFB Cup, including issuing accreditations and compiling relevant information for the match day.


• Preparing and cleaning the stadium for home games is also part of your responsibilities.


• You look after the ball crew and also our mascot children on home game day.


• You will take on various administrative tasks.

Your playing style

• You are studying sports management, business administration, or a comparable field of study.


• Through your studies you have acquired good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


• Our women’s team is international – therefore you need good spoken and written English skills.


• It should go without saying that you are very interested in national women’s football.


• To attend appointments, including those for team management, you need to bring a valid Class B driver’s license.

Your game bonus

You will receive a monthly stipend of €900 gross for your internship. Should you need to relocate for the internship, we will gladly assist you in finding suitable accommodation.
