Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH invites you to a 6-month, full-time internship at the Arkona offshore wind farm starting 15 January 2027. You will support the operations team by developing and implementing operational concepts, improving procedures, and transferring knowledge between wind farms.

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Motivated and committed approach to teamwork.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Advantageous, but not essential Degree programme in business management or engineering.
• Initial project management experience.
• Knowledge of renewable energy or operations.
• German language skills.

You will support the operations team in developing processes and concepts, transferring knowledge between wind farms, and improving operational and performance efficiency.
