Job summary

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is offering an Internship in Offshore Operations for the Arkona wind farm in Sassnitz (MV). The six‑month program starts 15 January 2027 and provides hands‑on exposure to daily wind farm operations, including KPI reporting, knowledge transfer between sites, and process improvement initiatives.

You will work with the operations team to develop concepts, gather data, and implement improvements across turbines, substations, logistics, and HSE.

Qualifications

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Motivated and committed approach to teamwork.
• Ability to work independently when required.

At the Arkona offshore wind farm, you will gain broad insights into the daily routines and procedures involved in wind farm operations. You will support the operations team in developing processes and concepts, transferring knowledge between wind farms, and improving operational and performance efficiency.
