Zusammenfassung

Marvel Fusion is seeking a Legal Trainee/Research Associate for our Munich team. The internship offers exposure to a high-growth deep-tech company and a broad range of legal topics in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will support compliance, assist with employee participation programs, draft and review commercial agreements, and perform legal research to translate requirements into pragmatic business recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed the First German State Examination in Law and be preparing for or currently completing the Referendariat.
• Broad interest in business law and eagerness to work across different legal and regulatory areas.
• Pragmatic, commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly understand complex legal, technical and regulatory topics.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.
• Genuine interest in technology, start-ups and fast-paced international environments.

• Gain hands-on exposure to the legal challenges of a fast-growing deep-tech company.
• Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of our compliance framework.
• Administer our employee participation program.
• Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and translate complex legal requirements into pragmatic recommendations for the business.
• Help improve legal processes, templates and workflows, including through technology and automation.

• As part of our Legal Team, you will gain hands-on exposure to the legal challenges of a fast-growing deep-tech company. Your responsibilities will span a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on:
  • Supporting the implementation and day-to-day operation of our compliance framework
  • Administration of our employee participation program
  • Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and other legal documentation
  • Conducting legal research and translating complex legal requirements into pragmatic recommendations for the business
  • Helping us improve legal processes, templates and workflows, including through the use of technology and automation

Requirements

• You have successfully completed the First German State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen) and are either preparing for or currently completing your legal traineeship (Referendariat)
• Broad interest in business law and an eagerness to work across different legal and regulatory areas
• A pragmatic and commercial mindset, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability and curiosity to quickly understand complex legal, technical and regulatory topics
• Strong written and spoken German and English
• Genuine interest in technology, start-ups and working in a fast-paced and international environment

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and an interest in using AI for legal research, drafting, knowledge management or process automation is a plus
