MAHLE offers an internship in IT Innovation & Digitalization in Stuttgart, starting March 2027 for six months. You will assist AI/digitalization projects, support cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to change management and strategic communications.

Tasks

• Contribute to IT Innovation & Digitalization and support the IT Innovation and Technology, Digitalization Solution and Facilitation, and Digitalization Strategy and Adoption teams
• Support the execution, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of international, company-wide AI and digitalization projects, including the associated requirements management
• Key project focus areas (examples):
  • Process automation using AI (generative AI, agentic AI)
  • Application of agentic AI, generative AI, machine learning, and computer vision
  • Cross-functional feasibility studies (proofs of concept) related to digitalization and AI
  • Strategic communications and change management related to digitalization and AI (including enablement and learning)
• Prepare for and follow up on various project meetings in collaboration with the Project Management Office and the project team

Requirements

• Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business information systems, or a comparable field—ideally at the master's level
• Interest in project management (Scrum, agile methodologies), process management, AI, and digitalization topics
• Strong interest in new technologies, particularly in the fields of AI and digitalization
• Responsible, organized, communicative, and results-oriented approach to work
• Good written and spoken English skills
