Zusammenfassung

DOUGLAS Group sucht eine/n Studierende/n im Bereich Wirtschaft/Verbund, ideal mit Fokus Retail/Strategie, zur Unterstützung bei internationalen Omnichannel-Projekten. Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagern zusammen und bringst dich in die Lieferung von Initiativen ein.

Du sammelst Erfahrungen in Reporting und Datenanalyse, nutzt sicher PowerPoint/Excel und bringst Kenntnisse in Jira/Confluence mit. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2) sind Voraussetzung.

Qualifikationen

• Student/in eines wirtschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiums, ideal mit Fokus Retail/Strategie/Management.
• Interesse an Einzelhandel, Omnichannel, Kundenerfahrung oder Projektmanagement ist hilfreich.
• Erfahrung in Reporting oder Datenanalyse von Vorteil; Grundlegende Zahlenarbeit beherrscht du.
• Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel; Jira/Confluence von Vorteil.
• Selbstständige Strukturierung von Aufgaben, Teamarbeit, eigenständige Ideenbringung.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2) ermöglichen Kommunikation mit internationalen Teams.

Aufgaben

• Du gewinnst Einblicke in Steuerung und Umsetzung internationaler Omnichannel-Strategien und setzt Projekte aktiv um.
• Du unterstützt unsere Projektmanager, arbeitest im Project Management Office und trägst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung internationaler Omnichannel-Projekte bei.
• Du arbeitest mit Teams aus mehreren Ländern zusammen, hilfst bei operativen Themen und treibst Verbesserungen voran.
• Du bringst frische Ideen ein, entwickelst Konzepte weiter und führst Benchmark-Analysen zu Innovationen und Best Practices durch.
• Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Logistik, E-Commerce, Vertrieb und Marketing.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You gain valuable insights into the steering and implementation of international omnichannel strategies and actively contribute to initiatives and projects.
• You support our project managers, take on tasks of the project management office and contribute to the successful delivery of international omnichannel projects.
• You collaborate with teams from several countries, assist with operational topics and actively drive improvements forward.
• You contribute fresh ideas, develop concepts further and carry out benchmark analyses on innovations and best practices.
• You act as an interface between the departments of information technology, logistics, e-commerce, sales and marketing.

YOUR SKILLS

• You are studying business and economics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on retail, strategy or management.
• Interest in retail, omnichannel, customer experience or project management is a good foundation for this role.
• Ideally, you already have first experience in reporting or data analysis. If not, you can build these skills with us and work confidently with figures.
• Confident use of PowerPoint and Excel is part of your toolkit, and experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• In a team, you structure tasks independently, ask questions to understand new topics and bring in your own ideas.
• Very good German and English language skills (at least level B2) enable you to communicate with international teams.
