Job summary

Henkel in Düsseldorf offers a full-time internship in our Learning & Development team for six months starting March 2027, focusing on creating engaging e-learning materials and digital content.

You will leverage Microsoft 365 tools to develop content for SharePoint learning pages, support localization and formatting, and contribute to learning journeys and campaigns in a collaborative, hybrid work environment with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in instructional design or related fields with a strong digital focus.
• Experience creating digital content, videos, graphics, or e-learning materials.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint) is a plus.

• Student who is currently enrolled ina Bachelor's or Master'sdegree program inInstructional Design,Educational Technology, Learning & Development, Digital Media,Communication Design,Business Psychology,Marketing or related fieldswith a strong digital focus
• Experience in creating digitalcontent, videos, graphics, or e-learning materials
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint) is a plus
• Comfortable using digital tools and eager to explore new technologies
• Basic understanding of content creation, visual design or digital learning is beneficial
• Team-player with ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly as well as attention to detail
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting March 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
