Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a Digital Project Manager in Hamburg to lead multiple digital initiatives across CRM, web apps, and websites. You will collaborate with global agencies, countries, brands and digital teams to roll out projects and optimize consumer journeys.

You will support CRM campaigns, loyalty strategy, and AI platform developments within Henkel Consumer Brands. The role involves designing and analyzing consumer journeys, coordinating with global teams, and contributing content

Responsibilities

Work on several digital projects of the Schwarzkopf Retail and Professional world, including CRM, Web apps, websites and tracking
Take ownership of specific digital projects and steer these independently
Collaborate with global agencies, countries, brand & digital teams to roll out our digital projects
Design, analyze and optimize consumer journeys
Support with SKP CRM campaign planning and execution
Support on the SKP Loyalty Program Strategy
Support the Henkel Consumer Brands global AI Technologies team in development & roll-out of global platform/assistants
Assist on the creation of new channels and content for the AI assistant platform and other digital channels
