Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Hamburg is seeking a proactive professional to drive our digital education initiatives, owning an individual project with strategic business impact.

In this role you’ll localize over 22 platforms with new features, gather consumer insights from market research and interviews, collaborate with other departments and agencies in an agile setup, and help define market opportunities while supporting agendas, presentations, events and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the company’s digital transformation through the relaunch of a new digital education platform and full ownership of an individual project with strategic business impact
• Support with the localization of 22+ platforms with new feature rollouts, content localization monitoring, and platform management through Learning Management System
• Gather consumer insights to generate strategic recommendations through market research, consumer interviews, observations or data analysis
• Collaborate closely with other departments, local teams, and agencies while working in an agile environment
• Perform strategic market and competitor analyses to define market opportunities in the area of digital education and digital customer experience
• Assist in the creation of agendas, presentations, events and ad hoc projects
