Job summary

Henkel is offering a full-time internship at our Düsseldorf headquarters, starting January 2027 for six months. You will support shaping and executing the global category strategy, defining strategic brand and product positions, and advancing innovation from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with design, trend, advertising, and digital agencies and manage cross-functional projects. You will gain hands-on experience in consumer insights, market data analysis, and P&L considerations, while

Qualifications

• Student that has successfully passed first semesters of Marketing / Business Administration or other business related studies.
• Practical experience in a related field is a plus.
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills. willingness to work in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated individual, who likes to face new challenges.
• Passion for consumer business, innovation, trends and social media.
• Learning agility and high energy level complete the ideal profil.

Responsibilities

• Support shaping and executing the global category strategy.
• Support and defining strategic brand & product positionings.
• Development of innovation from start to finish including concept, design, communication development, full launch support (mood video, POS material, sales folder, etc.) and follow-up of performances.
• Collaboration with design-, trend-, advertising- and digital agencies.
• Project and innovation management in cooperation with all operational and technical departments.
• International cooperation and portfolio management/ steering.
• Coordination of consumer research.
• Presentation of analysis and project development to top leadership.
• In-depth analysis of consumers insights, financial KPIs, research, market data, competitor activity and financials in a far growing category (market research, consumer panel analysis, P&L)
