Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services offers an internship in freight transportation invoice auditing and billing. You will gain practical skills handling routine tasks and support data analysis, reporting, and internal improvements.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a degree program (3rd semester), fluent in English, with Office 365 and Power Apps experience, and available to start approximately three months after applying. Hamburg-based, on-site position with flexible working hours.

Qualifikationen

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship.
• Enrolled for the entire period of the internship with proof (enrollment certificate) or the internship between Bachelor and Master (Gap Year).
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Practical experience through training or other internships, preferably in logistics.
• You can start your internship about three months after applying.
• Confident handling of Office 365 and Power Applications.

Aufgaben

• Audit and accept invoices from transportation providers for aircraft spare parts.
• Cooperate in billing LH group internal and external customers.
• Support in developing internal performance monitoring logic (productivity, quality).
• Execute regular quality checks and implement corrections from quality monitoring.
• Data analysis and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Involve in process improvements and documentation in the database.
• Participate in projects for further digitalization of our processes.
