Zusammenfassung

Siemens is seeking an Intern in AI Transformation at our Munich Wittelsbacherplatz location to help the M&A team work faster and smarter with AI agents. You’ll gain real impact on live projects, building and testing AI solutions used by the team.

You will learn M&A processes and methodology with mentoring from experienced colleagues, while applying AI tools to transform unstructured data into actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business informatics, data science, business administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applying them effectively, including Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, or building agents/chatbots.
• Strong data analytics skills and experience with unstructured data to create structured insights using AI.
• Genuine interest in transformation projects, digital solutions, and the intersection of technology and business.
• Excellent self-drive, ownership, independence, and proactive teamwork.

• Strengthen the AI knowledge and enablement across the M&A team.
• Independently build, optimize, and test AI agents on platforms such as Copilot Studio.
• Design and fine-tune specific AI prompts.
• Apply AI tools and data analytics to turn unstructured data into structured insights for the team.
• Liaise with governance functions to obtain approvals and roll out AI tools.
• Contribute to concrete use cases that automate and optimize M&A processes.
• Organize meetings, document results, and present to internal stakeholders.

You’ll make an impact by

• You help strengthen the M&A team’s AI knowledge and skills – delivering practical enablement, training, and knowledge transfer across the team
• Building on this, you independently build, optimize, and test AI agents on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, including designing and fine‑tuning specific AI prompts
• You apply AI tools and data analytics to make sense of unstructured data (e.g., documents, reports) and turn it into usable, structured insights for the team
• Additionally, you liaise with governance functions to obtain approvals and roll out AI tools – from testing to productive environment
• To further strengthen the team’s efficiency, you contribute to concrete use cases that automate and optimize M&A processes (e.g., document analysis, reporting, research) and support department‑specific topics as required
• Throughout, you organize meetings, document results, and present them to internal stakeholders

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business informatics, data science, business administration, or a related field with a strong academic record
• Experience and Skills:
  • You have solid hands‑on experience with AI tools and know how to apply them effectively – ideally including first experience with Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, or building agents/chatbots
  • You bring strong data analytics skills and are comfortable working with unstructured data (e.g., documents, text) and turning it into structured insights using AI tools
  • You have a solid understanding of business fundamentals. Prior M&A, consulting, or investment experience is a plus
  • You have a genuine interest in transformation projects, digital solutions, and the intersection of technology and business
• Ways of Working: You show strong self‑drive and ownership, work independently and in a structured way, and are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills
• Languages: You speak English and German fluently
