Qualifikationen

• Kenntnisse in KI-Tools und deren Anwendung

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des M&A-Teams durch AI-Wissenstransfer und Enablement
• Eigenständige Entwicklung, Optimierung und Test von AI-Agenten bzw. Prompt-Design
• Anwendung von AI-Tools und Datenanalyse zur Strukturierung unstrukturierter Informationen
• Abstimmung mit Governance-Funktionen, Freigaben und Roll-out von AI-Tools
• Mitwirkung bei konkreten Use Case-Entwicklungen zur Automatisierung von M&A-Prozessen

Aufgaben:

You help strengthen the M&A team's AI knowledge and skills - delivering practical enablement, training, and knowledge transfer across the teamBuilding on this, you independently build, optimize, and test AI agents on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, including designing and fine-tuning specific AI promptsYou apply AI tools and data analytics to make sense of unstructured data (e.g., documents, reports) and turn it into usable, structured insights for the teamAdditionally, you liaise with governance functions to obtain approvals and roll out AI tools - from testing to productive environmentTo further strengthen the team's efficiency, you contribute to concrete use cases that automate and optimize M&A processes (e.g., document analysis, reporting, research) and support department-specific topics as requiredThroughout, you organize meetings, document results, and present them to internal stakeholders

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business informatics, data science, business administration, or a related field with a strong academic recordExperience and Skills :You have solid hands-on experience with AI tools and know how to apply them effectively - ideally including first experience with Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, or building agents/chatbotsYou bring strong data analytics skills and are comfortable working with unstructured data (e.g., documents, text) and turning it into structured insights using AI toolsYou have a solid understanding of business fundamentals. Prior M&A, consulting, or investment experience is a plusYou have a genuine interest in transformation projects, digital solutions, and the intersection of technology and businessWays of Working : You show strong self-drive and ownership, work independently and in a structured way, and are a proactive team player with excellent communication skillsLanguages : You speak English and German fluently
