MEDA is seeking a skilled internal communications professional based in Germany to design and lead our internal communications operating system. You will ensure staff across regions stay aligned with the New Horizons 2030 strategy through clear narratives and effective channels.

With at least four years in strategic communications, you will manage channels such as Monday MEDA Meetings, Town Halls, MEDABytes, and SharePoint hubs, craft organization-wide posts, and drive a cadence that improves

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in internal communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in a strategic communications role.
• Excellent editing skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and WordPress.
• Certification in communications or change management is an asset.
• Understanding MEDA’s faith, values and goals.
• Experience supporting communications in a global organization.
• French language skills are an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in internal communications, organizational communications, change communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in a strategic communications role.
• Excellent editing skills, proficiency in Microsoft suite and WordPress, or similar content management system.
• Certification in communications, change management or employee experience is an asset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

• Experience supporting communications in a global organization.
• Strong judgment around sensitive information and timing.
• Proficiency in French is an asset.
