Zusammenfassung

mc Group is seeking an Intern in IT System Administrator (m/f/d) in Berlin to support installation, configuration and maintenance of our infrastructure at Berlin and Cologne locations. You will manage servers, applications and security, while gaining hands-on experience in a globally active agency.

You should bring some professional IT experience, strong Windows and Exchange know-how, and familiarity with Azure, AD, Hyper-V and networks. PBX/Navision experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• You already have some professional experience in a comparable position.
• Confidence with MS Windows 7-11, MacOS, and data backup (Symantec).
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2003-2016, Exchange Server 2013 and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Azure, ActiveDirectory, group policies, virtualization (Hyper-V), managed switches (HP), and networks.
• Experience with Linux, updates and software deployment is a plus.
• MCTS/MCITP certification is desirable.
• Experience planning, realisation and monitoring of IT projects.
• PowerShell scripting is advantageous.
• Experience with PBX (HiPath 4000) and Microsoft Navision is a plus.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the infrastructure at our locations in Berlin and Cologne.
• You will also be responsible for the administration of our servers and applications.
• Monitoring and error analysis as well as securing the Windows servers and clients are your daily bread
• You will also be significantly involved in the creation of a suitable IT structure.
• You will have the opportunity to design and implement demanding infrastructure projects in heterogeneous networks.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of the company network as well as user support.

Your profile:

• You already have some professional experience in a comparable position
• You are very confident in the use of MS Windows 7-11, MacOS, data backup (Symantec)
• You have sound knowledge of Windows Server 2003 - 2016 as well as Exchange Server 2013 and Exchange Online
• You have sound experience in the areas of Azure, ActiveDirectory, group policies, virtualisation technology (Hyper-V), managed switches (HP) and networks
• Application knowledge of Linux, update and software deployment would be an advantage.
• MCTS or MCITP certification is desired.
• In addition, you have already gained experience in the planning, realisation and monitoring of IT projects.
• Experience with scripting in the area of PowerShell is an advantage
• Ideally, you also have experience in dealing with PBX systems (HiPath 4000) as well as Microsoft Navision.
