mc Group in Berlin is seeking an Intern / Trainee (m/f/d) in Sports & Entertainment to join our 360°-integrated team. You will support the Sports & Entertainment Unit, gain hands-on experience, and work on CRM data and project tasks.

During a 3-month internship, you can transition into a Trainee position. You will communicate with clients and colleagues in English and German, and contribute to international campaigns from a leading agency network.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sports marketing or related field is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and English proficiency.
• Willingness to start as an intern and transition to trainee after 3 months.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sports & Entertainment Unit during the paid internship.
• Assist in concept development and sales of sponsorship measures in sports and entertainment.
• Manage CRM through data collection and maintenance.

Your Tasks

• During your paid internship, you will support our Sports & Entertainment Unit.
• Assist in the concept development and sales of sponsorship measures in the fields of sports and entertainment, as well as for youth, sports, and music events.
• Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through systematic data collection and maintenance.
• In addition to daily business, you will actively work on projects, gaining insight into the operations of an internationally active agency.

Your Profile

• Experience: Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the sports marketing sector.
• Commitment: You are ready to transition into a Trainee position after completing a 3-month internship with us.
• Sales Mindset: You are a natural salesperson and enjoy communicating via phone and email.
• Soft Skills: You are open, communicative, friendly, and have a strong interest in working in the sports & entertainment environment.
• Work Ethic: You grasp new topics quickly and conscientiously, keeping an overview and a good attitude even in high-stress situations.
• Skills: Strong MS Office skills and very good English skills.
