Westwing is seeking an Intern Strategic People & Business Partners in Munich to support the People & Business Partnering team on ongoing strategic initiatives and daily operations. You will own diverse People & Culture topics from day one, gaining exposure to organizational development and stakeholder advisory in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, developing strong presentation and analytical skills while exploring AI-enabled improvements.

Formación

• Academic background in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Economics, or related field.
• Initial practical experience in a dynamic corporate or high-growth environment through internships or working student placements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
• Sharp analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to prioritise multiple deliverables.
• High enthusiasm for digital innovation and practical AI applications in People & Culture.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

As an Intern Strategic People & Business Partners , you will directly support our People & Business Partnering team across ongoing strategic initiatives and daily operations. From day one, you will take ownership of diverse People & Culture topics, gaining deep exposure to organisational development, stakeholder advisory, and the employee lifecycle in a high-pace, design-led environment. This role offers a steep learning curve working alongside an experienced, ambitious team that values curiosity and initiative. You are proactive, commercially minded, and energised by turning people insights into real business impact. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic People & Culture initiatives and projects with a strong focus on organisational development.
• Build executive-ready presentations and reports to enable strategic counsel for business leaders, and deliver ad-hoc analysis on core People & Culture metrics to identify actionable workforce trends.
• Conduct targeted research on emerging HR, talent, and people trends to continuously benchmark best practices.
• Coordinate meetings, leadership workshops, and targeted communication measures across central people programmes.
• Assist Business Partners in guiding and empowering team members across the full employee lifecycle.
• Leverage modern digital technologies and AI tools to streamline processes, automate administrative workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Academic background in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field of study.
• Initial practical experience in a dynamic corporate or high-growth business environment through internships or working student placements, ideally within HR, Business Partnering, or Business Development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
• Sharp analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the agility to prioritise multiple deliverables pragmatically.
• High enthusiasm for digital innovation and practical applications of AI in People & Culture, from data synthesis to process automation.
• Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
