tesa, a leading adhesive tape company, invites you to join its New Business Development as a Venture Clienting intern at the Hamburg campus. You will own projects from discovery to solution adoption, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

You will research emerging markets, promote the unit through events and materials, and help shape market entry strategies while gaining hands-on experience and mentoring within the tesa Talents program.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of initiative, organizational talent, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong skills in analyzing and structuring complex data using MS Office.
• Strong enthusiasm for new technologies and trends.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of projects within the Venture Client unit from problem discovery to adoption of solutions and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct market analysis by researching emerging markets, competitors and startups to identify new opportunities.
• Promote the Venture Client unit with events, workshops, and marketing materials.
• Contribute to design and implementation of market entry strategies and innovative projects.

What you will do

We are a leading company in the adhesive tape industry, dedicated to innovation and sustainability. Our New Business Development Department leads the way in identifying, incubating, and scaling breakthrough opportunities in new markets.

As a student in the Venture Clienting unit, you will do the following ...

• Project Work: Take ownership of projects within the Venture Client unit. Follow the projects from the problem discovery to adoption of solutions and be responsible for communication with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Market analysis: Support the tesa organization by researching and evaluating emerging markets, industries, competitors and startups, aiming to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
• Communication: Promote the Venture Client unit within the tesa organization and to external audiences with events, workshops as well as marketing and communication materials.
• Strategy development: Contribute to the design and implementation of market entry strategies and innovative projects

What you will need

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Innovation Management, or a comparable field of study
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of initiative, organizational talent, and the ability to work independently
• Strong skills in analyzing and structuring complex data and issues, and enjoying preparing them quickly using common MS Office tools
• Strong enthusiasm for new technologies, trends, and their impact on society
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented and proactive
