Allianz Services is seeking a Project Manager Support Intern for its Data Analytics Solutions team in Munich. You will collaborate with an international team to shape AI deployments at scale, while enhancing agile processes and delivering impactful presentations and artifacts.

The role requires enrollment in a BA/MA program, full-time availability for at least 6 months, and strong English, Excel and PowerPoint skills. An international, dynamic team and on-site Munich workspace await.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Management.
• Available to work full-time for duration of internship (Min 6 months, Munich on-site).
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills in English, on MS 365.
• Technical mastery of Excel and Powerpoint.
• Knowledge of project management and scrum methodology (1-year experience).
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Key responsibilities

Working directly for the head of department you will:

• Translate strategic concepts and decisions into impactful presentations and artifacts


• Monitor progress on multiple projects and activities, concisely reporting on progress, risks and impediments


• Define and track key performance indicators


• Organize and steer autonomously internal projects, ensuring delivery in time and quality


• Support the head of department in prioritization and execution on the tasks at hand

Key requirements

• Available to work full-time for duration of the internship (Min 6 months, Munich on-site, if possible)
