Zusammenfassung

Allianz SE sucht eine/n Praktikant/in, der/die das Team bei strategischen IT-Themen unterstützt und den täglichen Betrieb vorantreibt. Sie erstellen Präsentationen für das Management und globalen Meetings, bereiten Dokumente wie Geschäfts- und Prozessbeschreibungen professionell auf und arbeiten eng mit Projektmanagement-Teams zusammen.

Sie sind eingeschriebenes Master-Studium mit hervorragenden Noten, beherrschen MS 365 und haben Interesse an KI-Ansätzen sowie internen ChatGPT-Lösungen.

Qualifikationen

• Im Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationssysteme, Management, Wirtschaft oder Informatik eingeschrieben; Masterlevel bevorzugt.
• Sehr gute akademische Leistungen; konsequentes Engagement.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; ITIL/TOGAF/SAFe von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, IT-Beratung oder Architektur ist vorteilhaft.
• Währen des Vertragszeitraums als Praktikum eingeschrieben oder Gap-Year-Phase.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung strategischer IT-Themen und Tagesgeschäft des Teams.
• Vor- und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen für Management- und globale Meetings.
• Unterstützung von Projektmanagement-Aktivitäten, inkl. Termin- und Milestone-Tracking.
• Nutzung von Copilot, Allianz AI Chat und Claude; KI-Trends recherchieren und Materialien aufbereiten.
• Erkenntnisse dokumentieren und im Team weitergeben.

Aufgaben:

Support strategic IT topics and the team's daily business with a high degree of responsibility.

Prepare and design presentations for management and global meetings, and create, edit, quality-assure, and revise text- and calculation-based documents such as communication concepts, business cases, and project or process descriptions.

Support project management activities, including the coordination of meetings and events and the tracking of milestones.

Use tools such as Copilot, Allianz AI Chat, and Claude in daily work; research relevant artificial intelligence trends, prepare materials for steering and governance discussions, track initiatives, and document and share findings with the team.

Qualifikation:

You are studying Business IT, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or Computer Science; Master's-level studies and strong academic performance are preferred.

You are proficient with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Power BI is an advantage.

You communicate confidently in written and spoken English; German language skills, knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, or SAFe, and previous experience in project management, IT consulting, or architecture are advantages.

You are enrolled at a university during the contract period or are completing the internship during a gap year.

You are open to creative and innovative solutions and are passionate about forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence and internal ChatGPT solutions.
