Zusammenfassung

NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is offering a 3–6 month internship in Investor Relations, with the aim to transition into a full-time Analyst role. You will gain exposure to the Private Equity industry and support in preparing investor materials and due diligence processes.

The role emphasizes financial modelling, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and strong German/English communication. Berlin-based with team-oriented collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in at least the 4th semester or master's degree with a commercial or technical background or comparable courses of study at an international university/business school.
• First internships in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Audit or Management Consulting are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Private Equity and/or alternative investments, as well as of financial modelling and valuation in a private equity context.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Screening of the European Limited Partner market
• Produce market research and investor intelligence reports
• Preparation of marketing materials (pitch decks, investor presentations, due diligence materials, etc.)
• Supporting the preparation of quantitative and financial data for investor due diligence processes
• Assist in responding to technical questions related to underlying portfolio companies and fund structures
• Develop and maintain reporting for existing investors and stakeholders
• Update internal databases and marketing statistics for internal and regulatory purposes
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentation materials for internal and external use
