You will actively participate in primary, secondary and co-investments, contributing to the buy-side processes and portfolio analysis.

The role involves preparing investment memoranda, attending investment committee meetings, and supporting fundraising with presentation and marketing materials.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in at least the 4th semester or master's degree with a commercial or technical background.
• First internships in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction or Management Consulting.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills.
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
