Zusammenfassung

Onsai GmbH sucht eine/n Werkstudent/in (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Third-Party Risk Management in München (Hybrid). Sie arbeiten eng mit Allianz zusammen, bereiten Berichte vor, erstellen Präsentationen und koordinieren Meetings.

Dabei nutzen Sie Excel und PowerPoint, beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch und arbeiten 15–20 Stunden pro Woche über mindestens 6 Monate. Sie studieren idealerweise in BWL, VWL, IS oder Rechtswissenschaften und bringen Offenheit für kreative Lösungen sowie Interesse an

Qualifikationen

• Sie sind während der Vertragslaufzeit an einer Universität eingeschrieben, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Informationssystemen oder Rechtswissenschaften.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint zum Erstellen von Tabellenkalkulationen und Präsentationen.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Verfügbar für 15–20 Stunden pro Woche über mindestens 6 Monate.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Risikomanagement oder regulatorischen Themen hilfreich, aber Schulung wird angeboten.
• Grundkenntnisse der EU-Finanzregulierung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
• Aufgeschlossenheit für kreative Lösungen und Interesse an KI-Technologien.

Aufgaben

• Als Werkstudent unterstützen Sie die Arbeit direkt, von Kommunikation und Reporting bis zur Dokumentation.
• Kommunizieren Sie mit Allianz-Geschäftseinheiten weltweit, prüfen Fortschritt, verfolgen und koordinieren Meetings.
• Bereiten Sie Unterlagen für Führungssitzungen vor, erstellen Präsentationen, Tabellenkalkulationen und Statusberichte.
• Unterstützen und pflegen Sie die Dokumentation für das Lieferantenrisikobewertungsprogramm.
• Im Laufe der Zeit wachsen Sie in anspruchsvollere Projekte hinein, z. B. neue Bewertungsfragen.
• Verwalten Sie ein gemeinsames Team-Postfach, sortieren Anfragen und helfen bei Antworten.

Jobbeschreibung

Aufgaben:

• As a working student (m/f/d), you will support this work directly, from communication and reporting to documentation, gaining hands-on exposure to strategic risk management and international collaboration.
• Communicate directly with Allianz's business units around the world, checking on progress, following up, and coordinating meetings and information requests.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, building presentations, spreadsheets, and summary reports on key figures and progress.
• Support and maintain documentation for the supplier risk assessment program, including research on providers and preparation for review meetings.
• Grow into more advanced project work over time, such as contributing to new assessment questions or improving how supplier risks are evaluated.
• Manage and prioritize a shared team inbox, sorting incoming requests, tracking them to resolution, and helping draft responses.

Qualifikation:

• You are enrolled at a university during the contract period, ideally in business, economics, information systems, or law.
• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint for building spreadsheets and presentations.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English, as most communication happens in both languages.
• Available for at least 15-20 hours per week over a minimum of 6 months.
• First exposure to risk management, IT security, or regulatory topics (e.g. through coursework, a previous internship, or a thesis topic) - helpful, but not required, as full training is provided.
• Basic familiarity with EU financial regulation is a plus, but no prior knowledge of DORA or similar frameworks is expected.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
