Zusammenfassung

Allianz Technology in Munich area invites an enthusiastic student to join the Talent Experience team as an intern. You’ll help design learning journeys, create engaging content, and support inner communications while delivering training events.

The role requires self-motivation, strong MS Office skills, and a keen interest in Learning & Development. English is essential; German is a plus. Enrolled in a related degree, you’ll gain hands-on PM experience in a global tech-insurance environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Independent, self-driven working style.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (German a plus).
• Keen interest in Learning & Development with proactive curiosity.
• Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools (video editing, design).
• Enrolment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience in project management is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical use.

• Design learning journeys and pathways in Learning Experience Platform (Degreed and SF LMS).
• Create content such as presentations, multimedia assets, manuals, and online resources.
• Drive internal communication via intranet posts, mailings, and Viva Engage.
• Organize and manage training events, webinars, and live sessions.
• Provide project management support for large upskilling campaigns like Tech Learning Run on Generative AI.

What You Do

• Design engaging learning journeys and pathways in our Learning Experience Platform (Degreed and SF LMS).
• Craft compelling content such as presentations, multimedia assets, manuals, and online learning resources.
• Drive communication and marketing initiatives through intranet posts, mailings, and Viva Engage.
• Organize and manage training events from start to finish, including setting up webinars and hosting live sessions.
• Provide project management support for large-scale upskilling campaigns like our Tech Learning Run on Generative AI.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
