Rocket Factory Augsburg (RFA) invites enrolled Bachelor or Master students in Aerospace Engineering to join as a trainee. You will perform numerical and physical modelling of rocket trajectories, develop trajectory optimization methods, and model flight loads, using Python, GitLab, and MATLAB/Simulink.

Excellent understanding of flight physics, aerodynamics, and structural loads is required. You will work in an international, agile team, with English used for all daily activities, and you can

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Aerospace Engineering
• Experience with python, Gitlab, Matlab/Simulink
• Excellent understanding of flight physics, aerodynamics and structural loads
• Strong affinity simulation environments and servers
• First experience in the space industry or in a technical environment is a plus
• Business fluent English oral and written (all day-to-today activities are performed in English)
• Strong time management, team player attitude and emotional intelligence
• Self-independent, proactive and structured way of working
• Willingness in participating teambuilding events
