Jobbeschreibung

As Interior Stylist / Visual Merchandiser, you will bring our brand to life by executing inspiring interior design and visual merchandising concepts in our new Store in Cologne. This role offers broad exposure to the world of visual merchandising and strong opportunities for professional growth. The position is unlimited, based in Cologne, and available part-time or full-time (min. 20 hours per week), with a preferred start date in July.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Execute interior design concepts—such as windows, room sets, in-store pop-ups, and product presentations—that promote Westwing's brand narrative and an elevated customer experience.
  2. Develop and execute captivating product displays and installations in line with our visual merchandising standards.
  3. Work closely with our HQ Store Design and Visual Merchandising teams to bring visual strategies and promotional campaigns to life that attract visitors and convert them into customers.
  4. Maintain in-store product database and collaborate with our HQ Sales team on inventory management, providing feedback on in-store product needs.
  5. Adjust interior designs and product displays based on product availability and sales performance.
  6. Coordinate external service providers, manage costs, and ensure timely project delivery.
  7. Document in-store designs and displays with photographs and reports for internal review.

YOU COME WITH

  • 3+ years of experience as an Interior Stylist or Visual Merchandiser, preferably with a focus on furniture and Home & Living retail.
  • A comprehensive creative background and passion for premium lifestyle.
  • Awareness of trends and next-level visual merchandising.
  • Hands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit, balanced with independent and responsible work.
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent time- and self-management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken).
