As an Interior Stylist, you will bring beautiful interiors to life through thoughtful, inspiring, and conversion-driven styling. At Westwing, we believe that beautiful interiors are more than just décor - they tell a story. We're seeking an Interior Stylist who can translate that story into visually compelling and commercially effective settings. As part of our creative team, you’ll play a key role in creating compelling interior settings across our core content platforms - including newsletters, homepage, and landing pages. You’ll collaborate closely with our Interior Photographer to produce scroll-stopping imagery that reflects our brand aesthetic while supporting commercial goals. This position is limited to 12 months and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Create inspiring and high-converting stylings for interior settings used across newsletters, homepage, and campaign landing pages
2. Develop and prepare set concepts based on brand guidelines, seasonal trends, and commercial objectives
3. Work hand-in-hand with our in-house photographer to execute shoots in both our studio and location settings
4. Ensure consistency in brand look & feel while adjusting to various content and platform needs
5. Support product sourcing, set planning, and styling logistics in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
6. Act as a guardian of visual quality standards across all stylings and continuously push the creative bar

YOU COME WITH

1. 2+ years of experience in interior styling, set design, or a similar creative role, preferably in e-commerce, editorial, or retail context, as well as hands-on experience with photo shoot environments, both in studio and on location
2. A strong eye for design, composition, colour, and spatial awareness
3. Confidence in translating both brand guidelines and commercial objectives into styling decisions
4. Strong organisational skills and ability to stay creative under pressure and meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
5. Passion for interior and a natural sense of what inspires our design-savvy audience
6. Excellent communication skills in English
