ABOUT THE ROLE
As Interim Director of Customer Success (m/f/d) at mediaire, you will play a key role in managing and strategically developing our most important customer relationships, with a particular focus on large radiology chains in the German-speaking region. In close collaboration with our teams, you will ensure the seamless implementation and sustainable use of our AI-based MRI solutions.
You not only bring solid experience in radiology but also understand the challenges and opportunities presented by the use of artificial intelligence in medical imaging. With your entrepreneurial mindset and pragmatic hands-on mentality, you will actively drive the scaling of our customer base and the continuous optimization of our customer success processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full ownership of the customer lifecycle in the DACH region – with a focus on large radiology networks and chains.
- Building, nurturing, and expanding close, strategic relationships with key partners and decision-makers in radiology.
- Ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and high customer satisfaction in the use of our AI-powered MRI solutions.
- Developing and implementing tailored success plans to maximize customer value and drive long-term retention.
- Identifying upselling opportunities and providing strategic support during rollouts to additional sites or in expanding the scope of product use.
- Close collaboration with product, sales, and support teams to continuously improve our solutions and services based on customer feedback.
- Developing and establishing reporting structures and KPIs to measure Customer Success and support data-driven decision-making.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Proven professional experience in radiology, ideally complemented by knowledge of MRI imaging and artificial intelligence.
- Experience in a leadership role within Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Business Development – preferably in a fast-growing HealthTech or MedTech startup.
- Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of radiology practices, especially in the context of digitalization and automation.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with medical decision-makers.
- Independent, solution-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude.
- Fluent German (spoken and written) as well as very good English skills.
