What we look for :

• 10+ years experience or 5+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting
• Experience with startups, scale-ups, or mid-sized companies
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
• Based in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable working in client-facing roles independently or in teams
• Open to ad-hoc, part-time, or project-based work
