We are currently looking for an Interim Financial Controller (m/f/d) throughout Germany to actively support our Finance department.
As our Interim Financial Controller (m/f/d), you will support the Finance team in ensuring the financial health of the group by monitoring all financial planning and analysis activities across our business units. Making the finances of the entire r2p Group transparent to stakeholders is key for this position.

• Ensuring consistent financial controlling across all business units of the group.
• Preparing month-end, forecasting, and planning reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Providing relevant financial and non-financial KPIs to stakeholders.
• Analyzing against previous planning, forecasts, and budgets.
• Bridging group reporting to the status and performance of customer projects.
• Supporting budgeting processes and financial performance and cash flow forecasts.
• Identifying risks and opportunities for decision-making and performance challenges through ad hoc analysis.
• Recommending policy or procedure changes to improve financial performance.

What you Bring to the Table

• A degree in finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
• Willingness to develop with the finance team and evolving tasks.
• Strong English and German skills (written and verbal).
• Preferably experience with accounting and group consolidation.
• Experience in project-driven environments and familiarity with tools like Lucanet and PowerBI is advantageous.
