Finatal is working with a large cap private equity fund looking for an experienced interim FD to lead on a transformation project for one of their B2B logistics portfolio companies following its recent carve-out from a larger corporate. The c€50m t / o portfolio company are now looking to complete the integrations of several entities as well as professionalise and upgrade the local and group finance functions to bring them up to PE-standard reporting and modelling. Working with a small team and reporting to the CFO you will have a handle on cash flow and working capital, ERP consolidation and financial data manipulation. You will have a track record in similar projects for B2B businesses, be based in Germany and be happy to travel within Europe as required.

Ideally, you’ll have a track record in :

• FD roles in B2B companies
• Cash flow forecast modelling and budgeting
• Driving hands-on PMI
• Setting up finance functions from scratch
• Working in a leveraged environment alongside investors
