Jobbeschreibung

We are seeking an Interim ERP Strategy Review Specialist – Dynamics 365 Business Central to support the late stages of a Finance Transformation programme. The consultant will be responsible for assessing the current ERP setup, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations on how to enhance system performance and align with future business needs. This is a short-term freelance engagement, expected to last between 1 to 3 months depending on the complexity of the system landscape. The role will be pivotal in shaping the future ERP roadmap.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
• Evaluate system architecture, configuration, data integrity, and process efficiency
• Engage with key stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to gather feedback and understand pain points
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimisation or reconfiguration
• Deliver a structured assessment report with clear recommendations and an action plan
• Advise on potential future system improvements, integrations, or enhancements
• Support internal teams in aligning ERP capabilities with the Finance Transformation objectives

Desired Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) Consultant with strong system review and assessment experience
• In-depth understanding of finance processes and ERP best practices
• Ability to evaluate complex ERP environments and communicate actionable recommendations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, international environments – eCommerce experience a plus
• Available for a short-term freelance project (1–3 months)
