Qualifikationen

• Data Center Operations, Infra Management and Project Coordination.
• ITIL processes and ServiceNow expertise (CMDB, Change, Incident, Reporting).
• Hands-on with DCIM tools, notably Sunbird dcTrack.
• Experience in high-availability data centers with security/compliance.
• Decommissioning large hardware projects and vendor coordination.
• Asset management and inventory control proficiency.
• Power BI dashboards and reporting is a plus.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Tasks:

• Support the operational rollout of the global ServiceNow service catalog and service monitoring activities.
• Support the Local DC Lead and DC Operations Manager in daily operations and project-related activities.
• Coordinate and monitor hardware decommissioning activities across multiple international data center locations.
• Manage and track Smart Hands & Eyes activities, including racking, unracking, cabling, uncabling, migrations, and hardware disposal.
• Coordinate suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders involved in data center operations.
• Monitor incidents, changes, problems, requests, and SLA compliance within the data center environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ServiceNow and DCIM tools, including asset inventories and operational records.
• Support preventive and reactive maintenance activities within high-availability data center environments.
• Participate in Atlas project governance meetings and provide status updates on decommissioning activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, compliance, and operational reporting.

• Proven experience working in high-availability data center environments, including security, compliance, and documentation requirements.

Anforderungsprofil

• Experience managing large-scale hardware decommissioning projects and coordinating multiple vendors and service providers.
• Good understanding of asset management, inventory control, and physical data center operations.
• Experience with Power BI dashboard and report creation is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
