Pearse Professionals are supporting a fast-scaling, PE-backed Consumer business headquartered in Munich in the appointment of an Interim CFO to steer the next critical phase of transformation and growth.

The Role :

You’ll partner with the founder and PE investors to :

• Strengthen financial management, reporting, and KPIs to support profitable growth
• Address negative EBITDA and support a turnaround in working capital
• Drive performance improvements across procurement, supply chain, and commercial channels
• Lead on funding considerations for capacity expansion and scalability

About You :

• Proven track record as an Interim CFO in PE-backed, fast-scaling, consumer-facing environments
• Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to working capital optimisation, procurement, and commercial performance
• Credible, collaborative leader able to manage stakeholder dynamics while driving momentum
• Fluent English and German language skills required
