Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will embed with user groups on the front lines to assist Palantir’s implementation teams, support and strengthen partnerships with Palantir's client user base, train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop new Palantir use cases. You may embed with users worldwide or coordinate with Palantir team members in our offices. You will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.

Core Responsibilities
  • Identify goals, prioritize outcomes, and support the team’s broader efforts through providing desk-side training.
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
  • Provide onsite support to advance team efforts through direct engagement with users to troubleshoot issues, gather feedback on capabilities and data integrations, iterate on new capabilities, and provide training and support as required.
  • Attend customer meetings and develop strong relationships and advocacy within the customer organization at all levels.
What We Value
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks, and server administration.
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and demonstrate complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 4 years of prior Military experience is ideal; Special Operations background preferred.
