Overview

ITility seeks a talented Intelligence Analyst to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will be onsite at Ramstein, AFB, Germany. The Contractor shall support, operate, and conduct intelligence exchanges between foreign partnerships, including day-to-day activities and information requests on all appropriate classified networks. The position involves collaboration with multiple partner nations.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and modify working aids to ensure accurate information and guidance.
• Support, operate, and conduct intelligence exchanges with foreign partners, including daily activities and information requests on classified networks.
• Maintain a continuity folder with official duty processes, contacts, and procedures; provide this information to the COR upon request.
• Collaborate and share training and experience with service component counterparts as directed by the Government POC.
• Participate in recurring meetings to support Partner Engagements within the IC, collaborating with 693 ISRG, USAFE, EUCOM, MAJCOM, and other Service Components.
• Assist with daily foreign engagement taskings from various commands and agencies.
• Build and maintain adversary situational awareness, providing trend analysis, assessments, and predictions.
• Enhance AF DCGS information using external intelligence databases, tactical ISR platforms, and monitoring information services.
• Coordinate analysis efforts with daily operations, internal mission segments, and external intelligence sources to identify collection requirements and emerging targets.
• Contribute to a collaborative analytical environment, determining product and service needs.
• Advise the Government POCs on foreign partner strategy, including tactical and strategic considerations.
• Perform other duties as applicable to support the mission objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with partner nations.
• At least five years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• SIGINT operations, reporting, and dissemination architecture;
• Air Force SIGINT operations, analysis, and reporting;
• SIGINT reporting vehicles and data formats;
• Enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures analysis;
• Serialized product reporting.

Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.

Physical Requirements

• Travel to other contract locations may be required.
• Prolonged sitting and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
