Job summary

HDM Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG sucht eine/n Integrationskoordinator/in im Finance Transformation Programm COMPASS. Sie identifizieren, strukturieren und tracken Abhängigkeiten zwischen Teilprojekten und orchestrieren Integrations- und Entscheidungsrunden mit dem Management.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Transformations-Programm zusammen, übersetzen operative Herausforderungen in klare Managemententscheidungen und führen kollaborative Workshops durch, um Ziel- und Abhängigkeitskonflikte zu lösen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in Accounting, Informationstechnologie oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil.
• Interesse an Finance- und Transformationsprozessen sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Der Bereich Finance Transformation gestaltet und entwickelt die globalen Finanzprozesse entlang des Record‑to‑Report‑Prozesses und stellt die durchgängige Integration vom operativen ERP bis zum Konzernabschluss und -reporting sicher. Die Position des Integrationskoordinators stellt die integrative, abgestimmte und entscheidungsfähige Zusammenarbeit aller Teilprojekte und Initiativen für das End-to-End Process and IT Landscape Transformation Program (COMPASS) sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie führen das Abhängigkeits- & Integrationsmanagement für das Transformations-Programm durch, indem sie die Abhängigkeiten zwischen den (Teil-)Projekten identifizieren, strukturieren und durch ein laufendes Tracking das abgestimmte integrative Zielbild sicherstellen. Sie orchestrieren Integrations- & Entscheidungsrunden mit dem Management und stellen somit die konsistente Entscheidungsfindung, entsprechend dem Programmzielen und der Programm-Governance sicher. Als wesentliche Schnittstelle zwischen Streams und Programmleitung arbeiten sie eng mit dem gesamten Transformations-Programm zusammen und unterstützen in der Übersetzung von operativen Integrationsherausforderungen hinzu entscheidungsreifen Managemententscheidungen. Sie führen kollaborative Integrationsworkshops durch, um Ziel- und Abhängigkeitskonflikte aufzulösen.

Unsere Anforderungen:

Überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (Uni/FH/DH). Fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Accounting, Informationstechnologie oder Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil. Die Position eignet sich auch für engagierte Hochschulabsolventinnen und Hochschulabsolventen mit ausgeprägtem Interesse an Finance- und Transformationsprozessen. Sorgfältige, strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch, hohes Maß an Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft Fähigkeit, komplexe Themenfelder zu analysieren und praktikable Lösungsmöglichkeiten zu erarbeiten und aufzuzeigen Erfahrung in SAP S/4 HANA-Transformationsprogrammen Kenntnisse in CONFLUENCE und JIRA sind von Vorteil Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
