Job summary

HD Advanced Technologies sucht eine engagierte Assistenz mit kaufmännischer Ausbildung zur Unterstützung des Managements und des Teams. Zu den Aufgaben gehören Korrespondenz, Terminplanung, Besprechungsvorbereitung und Reisemanagement sowie Erstellung von Unterlagen.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich und sehr gute MS-Office/ SAP-Kenntnisse mit. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil; eigenverantwortliche, teamfähige Arbeitsweise wird

Qualifications

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt um eine assistenzbezogene Weiterbildung
• Enschlägige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Freundliches, kundenorientiertes und sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe persönliche Reife
