Your missionWe are seeking a motivated and communicative
Integration Product Manager to join our team at Floy. In this role, you will be the key interface between our internal software teams and external stakeholders, such as RIS and PACS providers. Your mission is to ensure seamless integration of our AI-powered radiology solutions into clinical environments.
You will collaborate closely with business, product, and technical teams to drive the adoption of our software by enabling compliant, efficient, and robust interoperability with the IT systems found in radiology clinics. This includes not just defining how our products integrate-but ensuring those integrations meet all required medical software regulations and standards.
You thrive in a semi-technical environment, bridging the gap between product vision, real-world workflows, and system-level requirements.
Your responsibilities- Own the integration roadmap and align integration goals with broader product and company strategies.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., RIS, PACS, and HIS vendors) to design, manage, and validate interoperability solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize integration requirements from customers and partners.
- Define specifications for integration APIs, HL7/DICOM protocols, and data flows, in close collaboration with engineering.
- Guide the cross-functional development team through the implementation and testing of integration features.
- Support go-live processes, troubleshoot implementation issues, and coordinate with customer technical teams.
- Ensure that integration features and their deployment meet medical software regulations and quality standards (e.g., MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback, system performance, and technical trends.
What are we looking for?- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Medical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in software product or integration management, preferably in the healthcare, radiology, or health tech space.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally within agile frameworks.
Good to Have
- A solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT environments (especially RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7).
- Hands-on experience with integration tools or interoperability standards in medical environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory documentation, quality systems, or working in CE-marked or MDR-regulated product environments.
We are looking for brilliant, hard-working people who strive to become recognized thought leaders in their domain. If you enjoy learning new things and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you. Together, we will continuously tailor the role to your strengths and development goals.
