Job summary

You will plan, document, and implement integrations, deploy Cloud Connector on customer infrastructure, and create detailed technical documentation to support scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical customer-facing role such as implementation engineer, solutions engineer or technical project manager.
• Hands-on IT administration skills (Windows Server, networking, basic scripting).
• Understanding of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys) and ability to read API documentation.
• Strong project management skills and proactive organization to prevent gaps.
• Excellent communication in German and English, for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of customer onboarding, bridging CS and customers' IT departments.
• Plan, document, and implement integrations between our platform and customer systems.
• Deploy and configure Cloud Connector on customer infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for each integration, including architecture decisions and API specs.
• Manage relationships with integration partners and vendors, track platform updates.
• Monitor post-launch integrations, analyze logs and debug issues for customer success.
• Develop standardized integration processes, testing plans, and best practices as we scale.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure requirements are met.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Integration Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering customer integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between our platform and external systems. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable integrations that drive customer adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term success.

Your mission

• You own the technical side of customer onboarding, bridging the gap between our Customer Success team and customers' IT departments.
• You plan, document, and implement integrations between our platform and customer systems, ensuring smooth technical deployment.
• You help deploying and configuring our Cloud Connector on customer infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity and configuration issues.
• You create comprehensive technical documentation for each customer integration, including architecture decisions, API specifications, and testing protocols.
• You manage relationships with our integration partners and vendors, staying on top of platform updates and new integration opportunities.
• You monitor post-launch integrations, analyzing logs and debugging issues to ensure ongoing customer success.
• You develop standardized integration processes, testing plans, and best practices as we scale our customer base.
• You collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.

Your profile

• You bring professional experience in a technical customer-facing role such as implementation engineer, solutions engineer, or technical project manager.
• You have hands-on IT administration skills (Windows Server, networking, basic scripting) and aren't afraid to dig into system configurations and log files.
• YouunderstandRESTAPIs,authenticationmechanisms(OAuth,APIkeys),andcanreadAPIdocumentationtotroubleshootintegrationissues.
• You'reanaturalprojectmanagerwhostaysorganized,followsupproactively,andensuresnothingfallsthroughthecracks.
