  2. Engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally, including customers and LSPs;
  3. Own end-to-end operational design, deployment, and stabilization;
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; manage change requests;
  5. Prepare key documents (e.g., Project Charter, BRD) and maintain accurate reporting;
  6. Oversee all project phases from initiation to post-deployment;
  7. Lead virtual teams across IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.;
  8. Ensure onboarding and training for all involved parties;
  9. Support solution evaluation and implementation strategy for new customers.
What we would like you to bring

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the logistics sector; Previous experience in 3PL or 4PL logistics is highly valued;
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams and manage full project lifecycles;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK;
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills;
  • Capable of working independently and making sound decisions in dynamic environments;
