Foyer Global Health is seeking a motivated Insurance Contract Administrator to support clients with all requests related to their insurance contracts. This role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring high customer service levels, and collaborating with teams to assess risks and create policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, fluent in English and German, and experienced in insurance or customer service.

To support our continued expansion, we are looking for a motivated and client-oriented :

Insurance Contract Administrator (M / F)

As an Insurance Contract Administrator, you will assist our individual and group clients with all requests related to their insurance contracts and provide support throughout the full insurance contract lifecycle.

You will work as part of a dynamic, international team to ensure high-quality administration of our contracts, while contributing to continuous improvements in customer experience.

Your Tasks :

Support our clients with all contract-related matters throughout the full lifecycle (from policy issuance to termination).

Ensure that all tasks are performed within the foreseen turn-around times, providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Maintain and document accurate records within our IT systems including all communication with clients and stakeholders.

Escalate any complaints or call backs in a timely manner.

Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the given information and obtaining additional information if necessary.

Assessing risks and determining premium loadings or exclusions in close collaboration with the Medical Department

Handling the creation of new insurance policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks or gather the required information.

Undertake other business activities and tasks as required, ensuring ongoing operational effectiveness, efficiency and positive contribution to Foyer Global Health.
