Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a customer-focused insurance support specialist to help customers manage car and home coverage, identify gaps, and advise on discounts. You will answer inbound calls, assist with policy changes, and learn our insurance products to match clients with suitable providers.

This role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and strong communication. Having a P&C license is preferred; training on Jerry.ai app is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employees; AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employees
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required
• P&C license status requested; the company pays for the license if the candidate does not have one yet
