Sargent & Lundy seeks a client-facing learning consultant to design and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses for highly technical and regulated environments.

You will apply your expertise in how people learn to create solutions that enable audiences to continuously develop skills and perform confidently, targeting S&L personnel in the Nuclear Power Group and external nuclear industry clients.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and facilitating in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses.
• Strong understanding of how people learn and applying instructional design principles.
• Client-facing experience with technical or regulated environments.
• Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences in the nuclear industry.

• Design and facilitate training programs for Sargent & Lundy personnel in the Nuclear Power Group and external clients.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses, adapting to regulatory and safety requirements.
• Apply learning science to create solutions that develop skills and confidence among audiences.
